  • Pusha Petrov was born in 1984, and lives and works in Romania. She attended the École Supérieure d'Art de Lorraine in Metz, France, graduating with a degree in fine arts (2009) and communication (2011).

    Her artistic path has been enriched by various internships and residencies in France, and she is currently collaborating with numerous international artists. Her work has been displayed in art fairs and biennales like : Paris Photo (2021 & 2020), Daegu Photo Biennale: Role-playing: Rewriting Mythologies (2018), Art Encounters Biennale: Life a User's Manual, Timisoara (2017); 18th International Biennale of Image, Ailleurs (Elsewhere), Nancy (2014).

    In recent years she has been collaborating with curator Ami Barak  during her solo show: The unspoken and other images, Jecza Gallery (2020) and (Un)stitch at Bordeline Art Space, Iasi (2020). Also she been invited to  participate in collective show such as: In and Out, Out and In at Jecza Gallery (2022), Danube Dialogues, Paris (2022), Quo Vadis Homini ?, Danube Dialogues, Novi Sad, Serbia (2020), A Causal Loop, Galerie Charim, Vienne (2019); La Brique, The Brick, Cărămida, La Kunsthalle Mulhouse, France (2019), Ex_East - Ex(iste). l’Espace Niemeyer, Paris (2019).

    Her experience has been enriched with shows like “La Ronde”, Musée de la Corderie Vallois (2021), Wounded identity, Anca Poterasu Gallery, Bucharest, curator Ileana Pintilie, 2020, Petit programme, La Kunsthalle, Mulhouse, France (2020); Privilege, Galerie Le granit, Belfort, France (2019), Tout ce qui brille, Institut français, curator Anouk Lederle, Timisoara, Romania (2016).

     

    During  the year 2022 she partnered up with Corderie Vallois Museum to display  an in situ project in the main section of the museum. 

  • When you purchase a piece, and afterwards do not want it, we will work with you to resell the piece on consignment through the gallery. Outright returns at the end of an exhibition, or at any other time, are just not possible, mainly because by then the Artist will have been paid by us for the sale.
